Golden age of NC part 1

Nicktoons: First of January theme month, Nickelodeon month. Nick was first kid's channel that was popular, and getting some popularity with import show from Britain and Canada, we moved to showing their own programming.
The Ren & Stimpy Show: Good crazy show done by the master John Kricfalusi. Treat as art as well as a cartoon. NC~ Good silly fun that that is like kid high on sugar.
Rugrats: subliminal success and showed that Nick can stand on its own. Great characters building a world seldom visited by adults. NC~ Yeah, basically the same thing.
Doug: Supposed to be first but he ran it backwards so here it is. Of course as Doug, Doug hates it. Me? I don't care for it. It wasn't controversial, and it wasn't engrossing. It had the least success because... well it's like the ear-worm theme song. it's simple and suppose to be addicting. But those who got through this stuff (and harder), the drug isn't good enough. It's just another boring 90's show.
Rocko's Modern Life: Haven't watched a lot but this was beginning combining three show above mention, done by great Stephen Hillenburg, and the directors went on to pretty dominated the oughts (As in Spongebob and Phineas) So now it seems little bit  incomplete, but I remember as the seed that made cartoon great again. NC~ Ripoffed and Crazy
Aaahh!!! Real Monsters: I heard it, but couldn't watch it. NC~ Creative but crossed few lines?
Hey Arnold!: This show I watched a bit. Show reminded me of Arthur but older, as the name begins with A and the dynamic was the same. Would I recommend? Well, if you like Doug... switch to this, because it's much better. NC~ Never watched, so I'll joke whatever.
Nickcom: Well, that was fun.
You Can't Do That on Television- Great comedy, paved the way for Nickelodeon in the set so cheap those with minimum wage can make it and actors who'll never become actors again. Proud.  NC- Cheap comedy,
Canada, creepiness, gender confusion, Rob cameo, elephant burger king, all good.
Clarissa Explains it All- Rosianna says it's vlogging and it stars Mellissa Joan-Hart, so it couldn't hurt... NC- Likable, not funny, Joan-Hart really holds it (see Joey and Mellissa for evidence. It's competent for this day and age), character quirks and annoying theme song, staple of Nickelodeon.
Hey Dude- It's a show in surfing? NC- No. Cowboys. (uahhhhhhe) really boring show, blabbity-blab-blab-blab,
Salute Your Shorts: A variety show? NC- No. Camping. (Dang it) not exactly hilarious, characters quirks, Joe the Plumber joke, scary episode, and taking advantage of the place. Hmmm....
Pete and Pete- Now that hits the spot. It's a cult hit that many like to share, so continue... NC- Seinfeld for kids, shorts are incomprehensible..., what's a point, certainly fun. Don't look in the burger king's eyes.
SNICK: Long standing tradition of shows geared to teens by Nick. Big orange couch that gave Nick its identity. Unfortunately, the block was assimilated by The N. But least there's memories...
Roundhouse- Earliest show block or something... NC- Improv that was bad. Just bad. Conveying messafes makes it worse. Very worse. Watch and what? What the... just dance! Stop signing!
Are You Afraid of the Dark?- A scary show with good back and forth with the story and the storyteller. NC- Scary stories? Same story! Acting by Jake Lloyd Inc. and the 'Midnight Society' takes themselves into cult level. Magic Credit Cocaine!
All That- SNL of Nick. Make that what you will. NC- Joke aborted. Black to white comedy that was hit-and-miss all the time.
KaBlam- NC- I guess it's funny. I wrote NC first, this show was what made me move into comedy. This show had many different concepts that tied together in a great host segment between June and Henry. Call it a Animaniacs of Nick. It deserve it.
Kenan & Kel- Annoying and cliched, but I guess it didn't age well. NC- Coolio? Hit and Miss as well and customary jokes. Bum as Kenan? Fun and goofy?
NO Nickelodeon game shows? Unleash the...
Good Burger: One line movie. Burger hallucination wasn't Spongebob? No one else orders and what? Abe Vigoda? Sinbad? Make up stuff and bad touch ELEPHANT! Hitler reference later, we philosophically hire Dexter. Cue 60's batman! Tumbleweed and huge burger! Vigoda, Why? Dante later, we look at the stars and have a moment. Really? Shaq? Oh... idiocy continues. Abuse of woman is funny. Mental dance synchronicity and sudden brutality leads to Benny Hill Show. Explosion and cheesy joke later, DIE! Wow, this is was bad...
Ferngully: What a beauty of an episode. Playoff of Nostalgia Chick and Nostalgia Critic was beautiful. The fight was just high class comedy action. Flashback start to LOTR oh sorry... Anyway opening banter is just beautiful and MAN!!! oh just great... Annoyance of Robin Williams and rapping turns to that beautiful Chick turnover of knowledge in terms of rain forest and white people. NO accent Australian shrink into fairy-size and normal intro, nope more like a Big Lipped Alligator Moment. Our faithful lexicon of TGWTG. Now, let me explain. The Big Lipped Alligator Moment or BLAM constitutes in three parts. the scene appears out of nowhere that is strange in context then is never mention again. As you see by its complicated structure, true BLAM is hard to pull off. Even the Big alligator itself is subject to debate as BLAM is gold of bad screenplay writing. After the simple intro, we see the villain  in its Tim Curry finest. And Lindsey can play accordion? Nature sounds a cheesy pop song and 1992 catchphrases later we see the sultan? Sorry, Aladdin confusion. Cock fight! Copyright your way out of the recording! And Dance! Now you're pregnant.
After a quick cut and whatever that happened, plot comes in and constant waving and John Wayne cannot stop it! After a quick revival, movie ends happily. We have another smart moment from Chick about deforestation, it's cattle not logging, and a fighting well a BLAM leaves us off in a concise review that is one of my top 10 best. First in Widescreen, too!

Vlogbrothers intro

Vlogbrothers is one of best leading channels in YouTube, in prominence of bringing awesome into the cruel world of the internet. As I talked about how they bring the awesomeness into the internet, now let's talk about they did.

Vlogbrother's mission statement slowly grow out as the brothers gather more viewers and started to have fans. Relived pressure of commercialism comparably, the Green brothers pursued its power to do good on other people as we started the Project for Awesome. Yearly project on Dec 17th in which the people put out videos of charity and have people like, comment and favorite enough, they go to the statistics of the day. This simple, but elegant maneuver piqued interest in YouTube itself, sponsoring the event in 2010. Other things to decrease world suck, is as follows:
Fund to Decrease World Suck- in which donation in which it's put into a fund for various purposes.
Educational Videos- To educate the masses on subject that seemed boring.
DFTBA Record and Vidcon- Giving homogeneity and cultural prominence to great talents in YouTube.

Overall, Vlogbrother is Jesus of YouTube. They give inspiration and hope to many poor souls around the world, and their gospel is spread throughout the world. They give sense of direction to what YouTube is all about and guide the way to world peace. They don't want worship or blessing, just live your live in the most awesome way as possible. And to think, all this started from simple back and forth assignment. We'll explore the road in which Vlogbrothers paved the way for goodness in the world and how they cultivate nerdiness to export to the rest of Earth.

First post will be on next Sunday, Jan 8th. Enjoy your pilgrimage.
